This includes: (1) the nation’s first subsidized housing project comprised of single family homes (120 homes); (2) development of manufactured home communities, (3) financing of non-profits helping homeowners and stabilizing neighborhoods; and (4), providing financing and/or equity to contractors and builders of apartments, condos, and homes.
